Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is a five-member Board appointed by the Supervisors for 4-year, overlapping terms, which deals with land-use issues, reviews all development projects in the Township, and recommends their findings to Supervisors.

In December 2013, the Planning Commission sent out a community survey.  Planning Commission survey results. As of September 2014, here are additional results of the survey.

Currently, there is no Planning Commission in Gamble Township, due to a lack of interested persons.  It was down to one member, so if there would be an interest in this again, the Board would appreciate it.  It is really only an advisory board because the township is under Lycoming County Zoning and Subdivision plans.
